Belvedere Palace, Vienna

The Belvedere Palace consists of 2 palaces – the Upper and Lower Belvedere. These were built during the 18th century for the Prince of Savoy. A Baroque architect named Johann Lucas von Hildebrandt was chosen by the Prince to design the Palaces. The grounds include Fountains, Cascades, Baroque sculptures, and majestic wrought iron gates.
